End-to-end IT solutions and services

From the first cable to the end-user application, SysNet takes responsibility for the whole system lifecycle: survey, design, equipment supply, installation, integration and scheduled maintenance.

Network, server and security infrastructure deployed to a common standard

01 — Network infrastructure

LAN – WAN networks and structured cabling

Cabling is the hardest part to change once a building is in use. SysNet designs to structured-cabling standards, leaves headroom for five to ten years of growth, and hands over complete as-built records so future expansion stays straightforward.

  • Site survey, cable routing diagrams and rack placement
  • Cat6/Cat6A copper, fibre, cable trays and conduit
  • Racks, patch panels, floor switches and core switches
  • Certification testing of every link, labelling and as-built drawings
  • CCTV, access control and IP telephony on the same infrastructure

Hardware used: Cisco, Extreme Networks, Aruba, Ruckus.

02 — Servers & virtualisation

Server solutions on a virtualisation platform

Instead of one server per application, we consolidate onto a shared virtualisation platform. That cuts hardware, power and cooling costs, and restores service far faster when hardware fails.

  • CPU, RAM and disk sizing based on your real workload
  • VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V or Proxmox VE rollout
  • Centralised SAN/NAS storage, RAID and redundant power
  • Automated backup policy and a disaster-recovery runbook
  • Migration off legacy systems with minimal downtime

Hardware used: Dell PowerEdge, HPE ProLiant, VMware platform.

03 — Wireless

Enterprise Wi-Fi for high-density environments

Office Wi-Fi is nothing like home Wi-Fi. In hotels, factories and busy exhibition spaces, access point placement and channel planning decide the outcome — so we always run an on-site RF survey before quoting.

  • On-site RF survey and a coverage map before installation
  • Access point placement, channel and transmit power planning
  • Central controller management with seamless roaming
  • Separate guest and internal networks with a captive portal
  • Post-installation testing and tuning against real traffic

Hardware used: Ruckus, Aerohive, Aruba, EnGenius, Extreme Networks.

04 — Security

Protecting internal data and systems

Most data loss at small and medium businesses does not come from sophisticated attacks, but from basic gaps: a flat network, over-broad access rights, backups nobody ever tested. We fix those first.

  • Firewalls, traffic control and content filtering
  • VLAN segmentation separating servers, users, cameras and guests
  • Central account management with role-based permissions
  • Layered backups and scheduled restore drills
  • Secure VPN access for remote staff and branch offices

05 — Web & software

Applications built around how you actually work

Software is only useful when it matches how the business already operates. We start by sitting with the people who will use it, and only then design the screens and the database.

  • SEO-ready, fast-loading corporate websites and portals
  • Bespoke management software: stock, orders, HR, reporting
  • API integration with your accounting, sales and existing devices
  • User training, written documentation and a software warranty

06 — Maintenance & operations

Managed IT in place of an in-house team

Many businesses do not need a full IT department, but they do need someone accountable when the system misbehaves. SysNet takes that role under contract, with a committed response time.

  • Scheduled maintenance — device checks, firmware updates, rack cleaning, log review
  • Incident handling — remote support on receipt, on-site attendance per the agreed SLA
  • Reporting & advice — periodic system reports with upgrade recommendations before end of life

Frequently asked

What customers usually ask SysNet

For an office under 50 network points, installation usually takes five to ten working days. Factories or multi-storey buildings need three to six weeks depending on cable volume and site conditions. The detailed schedule is committed in the contract after the survey.
